Satellite pictures suggest there has been no recent activity at North Korea's Dongchang-ri missile test site -- the facility Kim Jong-un pledged last year to permanently shut down.
According to the U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North, the images show no significant acitivity... at either the launch pad or engine test stand.
The brownish materials seen there back in May... to the side of one of the building, it says,... were likely related to agricultural activities.
The report says these have since turned from brown to green and appear to have been used to support local harvesting activities.
