North Korea has started dismantling Punggye-ri nuclear test site: 38 North

And it looks like the North is taking some steps toward denuclearizing already.
Satellite imagery shows that the regime has started to dismantle its Punggye-ri nuclear test site.
According to the U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North,... several key operational support buildings have been destroyed... and some rails for mining carts have been removed.
Other more substantial buildings around the facility remain intact... and none of the entrances to the testing tunnels entrances have yet been permanently closed.
38 North says... this is likely because the complete destruction of the tunnels and the removal of facilities... are scheduled to happen next week in the presence of foreign journalists.
