North Korea appears to have stopped dismantling a missile engine testing site,...
this according to 38 North,... a U.S. website monitoring the regime.
The website said on Wednesday,... that commercial satellite imagery from last week showed.... "no significant dismantlement activity" at the Sohae Satellite Launching Station since August 3rd.
It added that... work on the launch pad also appears to have halted,... with the same parts that were previously removed,... still piled on the ground.
