Sweden will invite N. Korea, U.S. to negotiating table again: Harstedt

A Swedish envoy says,... Sweden will again invite North Korea and the U.S. to negotiate... after it hosted the recent North Korea-U.S. working-level talks in October.
During a meeting with reporters here in Seoul today,... Swedish Special Envoy to the Korean Peninsula, Kent Rolf Magnus Harstedt said,... the timing and the location of invitation will be made according to circumstances both Pyeongyang and Washington can agree on.
He was also optimistic about the future of denuclearization talks.... saying both parties know that a historic and realistic opportunity has opened up.
The Swedish diplomat is known for having secured the release of an Australian student from North Korean detention when he visited Pyeongyang in July.
