South Korea's top nuclear envoy is on his way to Washington to hear from his U.S. counterpart details of the failed working-level talks between North Korea and the U.S.
Seoul's foreign ministry said Lee Do-hoon will meet Stephen Biegun during a four-day visit.
They're to coordinate their positions and strategies on North Korea's denuclearization and building peace in the region.
Lee will also meet his Japanese counterpart, Shigeki Takizaki, as well as hold a trilateral meeting with the envoys.
