There are no plans for America's top diplomat to visit North Korea anytime soon.

Heather Nauert did add... that conversations with Pyongyang are happening at a range of levels.
She also confirmed the U.S. special envoy for North Korea, is not meeting with any of the regime's officials during his first trip to Asia.
Stephen Biegun left for China and Japan after concluding his three day visit to Seoul today.
But he will drop by South Korea again sometime this weekend to share the outcome of talks in Beijing and Tokyo.
