N. Korea, U.S. working-level talks may take place in Sweden

Officials from Pyeongyang and Washington are set to restart working-level talks on denuclearization over the weekend.
While many are wondering where the venue will be, key North Korean officials were spotted on their way to Stockholm.
Oh Soo-young updates us on the developments.
It appears likely that the meeting point for North Korean and American officials on Saturday will once again be Sweden.
The North's top nuclear envoy Kim Myong-gil was spotted at Beijing International Capital Airport,... reportedly on his way to Stockholm.

(Korean)
"North Korea and the U.S. will hold working-level talks. With the new signal from the U.S., we leave with great anticipation and optimism."

Stopping over at the Chinese capital,... Kim and three other North Korean officials are believed to have boarded an Air China flight on Wednesday afternoon,... after departing from Pyeongyang in the morning.
He was accompanied by Jong Nam-hyok, a researcher at the North's Institute for American Studies,... Kwon Jong-gun , former head of the regime's North American affairs department and another person believed to be Jo Chol-su , the new head of the department.
As vice foreign minister Choe Son-hui wasn't spotted among the four-member delegation,... observers say she might not be part of the working-level talks this time around.
Choe and U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun held four days of preparatory talks in Stockholm in January,... to arrange a second summit between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un.
She had announced on Tuesday that the North and the U.S. would finally hold the stalled discussions over the weekend,... but did not specify the location.
The resumption of working-level talks comes nearly three months after Trump and Kim met at the Demilitarized Zone that splits the two Koreas... and agreed to continue working-level discussions.
But since then,... North Korea has been reluctant to choose a date for the talks,... continuing its launches of short-range ballistic missiles.
However,... in recent weeks,... both sides have shown willingness to return to dialogue.
