LPA reminds Davao Oriental of typhoon Pablo's wrath
  • 5 years ago
MANILA – Davao Oriental was one of the provinces which suffered from the floods and landslides brought by the lingering low pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao. Several towns were isolated as roads and bridges were rendered impassable. At least 7,523 families were affected in Caraga town, and 1,500 in Manay. Baganga, one of the towns heavily hit by typhoon "Pablo" in 2012, is now isolated after two major bridges connecting it to the rest of the province were damaged. - Mornings@ANC, 16 January 2014
