Rios suspended by China boxing body

MANILA, Philippines – Former world champion Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios has been suspended by the China Professional Boxing Association after testing positive for a banned substance following his fight against Manny Pacquiao. Rios is suspended until April 24, 2014. He has already denied having knowledge of taking illegal substances while he was cutting weight for the fight. -- Mornings @ ANC, December 17, 2013.
