MANILA -- The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) suspended ship activities in Bohol and Cebu following the massive quake that hit the province this morning. PCG is also holding a two-hour observation period in western Visayas before allowing boats from Caticlan, Iloilo and Negros to sail. PCG spokesperson Armand Balilo said there are no reports of any accident at sea so far, and the water movement remains normal in areas affected by the quake. ANC Dateline Philippines, October 15, 2013
