MANILA - Senate President Franklin Drilon confirmed there will be a rigodon in the Senate committees if three senators facing charges in the pork barrel scam are suspended. Drilon said Senate Deputy Minority Leader Tito Sotto will take over as the new head of the Senate minority if Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile is suspended. Sen. Sonny Angara, vice-chairman of the Senate labor committee, will take over as acting chairman if Sen. Jinggoy Estrada is suspended. Finally, Sen.
