00:00 [Music] 00:09 another favorite question of mine how 00:12 often should the maintenance be done on 00:14 my equipment I'm gonna go right back to 00:16 what the manufacturer says what the 00:19 utility companies recommend what the 00:21 governing bodies in the state recommend 00:23 for all this stuff maintenance should be 00:25 done on an annual basis we're dealing 00:27 with electricity high voltage and some 00:30 low voltage we're dealing water we're 00:32 dealing with natural gas there's all 00:34 kinds of stuff going on in this 00:36 equipment manufacturers and and other 00:38 people that govern they all recommend 00:39 it's done on an annual basis so once a 00:41 year we really want to make sure that 00:43 that equipment works right we don't want 00:45 any kind of off gassing into the home we 00:47don't want to have any breakdowns we 00:49 just don't want to damage the home or or 00:51 upset the the daily balance of your life 00:53 where something doesn't work you got to 00:55 imagine when your hot water heater goes 00:56 out how does it feel to take that cold 00:58 shower in the morning no it's the same 01:00 way when it's a cold house because 01:01 there's no heat because it wasn't 01:03 maintenance so again maintenance should 01:05 be done on an annual basis once a year 01:07 for your furnace once a year for your 01:09 air conditioner 01:10 [Music]
