4 Boiled Potatoes
3 Bread Slices (soaked)
1 Onion (chopped)
Mint Leaves
2 inch Ginger (crushed)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 Lemon Juice
Bread Crumbs

Method: Let's start with Boiled Potatoes in the bowl then add Bread Slices (soaked), Onion (chopped), Mint Leaves, Ginger (crushed), Green Chillies (chopped), Black Salt, Cumin Seed Powder, Chaat Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Leaves (chopped), Lemon Juice.
Next, mix it all together properly then add Bread Crumbs. Now turn on the gas and heat up the Oil, in the meantime let's make Aloo Tikki for which rub Oil to the hand then take a portion of the mixture and make a roll (as shown in the video).
Next, fry the Aloo Tikki in the Oil for 2-3 minutes till it turns golden brown and now your Monsoon special Aloo Tikki is ready to serve.
