North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is less convinced Washington would take military action.
He believes U.S. President Donald Trump is "different".
That's according to the Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research.
During an interview with CBS News,... Ellen McCarthy said she can't pinpoint whether Kim likes or dislikes Trump,... but he may be viewing this U.S. leader differently from past American presidents.
Based on her team's understanding of the media and what Kim has said,... the regime's leader believes the U.S. is looking for regime change,... but not through military action.
