and movie theaters it has, the better a state will do. For 2019, California was
number 1 on WalletHub's list. Florida and New York
round out the top 3. In terms of the least fun, West Virginia claimed the unfortunate title. According to WalletHub, this is due to the low number of entertainment establishments. On the contrary, California took the top spot due to it having
the most per capita. Rounding out the bottom of the list are Mississippi and Delaware.
