N. Korea could attack mainland U.S. as soon as conflict erupts on Korean peninsula : O'Shaughnessy

A U.S. military commander claims that North Korea is about to produce inter-continental ballistic missiles and could be ready for any combat arrangement soon.
Radio Free Asia reported that U.S. Northern Command General Terrence O'Shaughnessy submitted a report to the upper house's military committee on Wednesday that claimed North Korea had already successfully tested an ICBM that could attack the U.S mainland in 2017, and that Kim Jong-un's announcement of the end of the regime's development of such missiles right after that test... suggests the North could use the missiles against the U.S. if a conflict arises.
The documents also stated that the North Korea could keep developing such weapons to ensure the regime's survival.
