Ingredients:- For Curd Mixture 1 cup Curd 2 tbsp Gram flour Salt to taste 1 tsp Sugar Water as required 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
For Tempering: 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard seeds 5 Red Chillies
For Spinach Mixture: 7-8 Spinach Leaves 2-3 Garlic, cloves 1/2 inch Ginger
For Kadhi Tempering Spinach Mixture Curd Mixture Spinach Leaves, chopped Water
Method:- For Mixture In a bowl add curd, gram flour, salt, sugar, and mix well. Add some water to the batter and mix well. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
For Tempering Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, red chillies and let them splutter.
For Spinach Mixture: Blend spinach, garlic and ginger into a fine puree.
For Kadhi Add the mixture to the tempering and give it a boil. Add some more water, spinach mixture and mix well. Give it a boil and keep stirring it. Add spinach leaves, some water and give it a boil.
