Saradha scam: CBI files charges against Matang Sinh

CBI has filed chargesheet against former union minister Matang Sinh and his four companies in Saradha chit fund scam.Matang Sinh was arrested earlier this year in the scam. The agency has also chargesheeted the original conspirator Shib Narayan Das, who had convinced Sudipta Sen to run chit fund schemes.
