The agency is also likely to make Prime Minister's Advisor TKA Niar a witness in the case. Ashish Gupta, a 1989 batch UP cadre IPS officer, was posted as Vigilance Officer in PMO between 2006 and 2009. He was questioned yesterday by the CBI.
