In what is possibly the biggest naval tragedy to hit the country, 2 submarines caught fire at Mumbai's Naval Dockyard, 18 sailors including 3 Jawans have died in the tragedy.
Admiral DK, Joshi, the Naval Chief in a briefing said that the navy is prepared for the worst, when asked about the missing sailors.
