The West Bengal police say that the ISI is having close links with pro-naxalite overground organisations through the banned SIMI in West Bengal. The state DGP alleged that the Pakistani intelligence agency is instigating people against the government. West Bengal DGP Naparajit Mukherjee said he had information that many pro-Maoist overground outfits had joined hands with elements of the banned SIMI and the ISI.
