Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has once again spoken out in favour of partial repeal of AFSPA from the state. However he is for retaining AFSPA in disturbed zones of the valley like Baramulla and Sopore. Omar said the issue will be taken up in the meeting of the state cabinet very soon.His latest statement comes just before the Unified Command is to meet this evening to discuss AFSPA.
