SUPER SPONGE CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER l CHOCOLATE CAKE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
½ TEASPOON BAKING SODA
SIEVE
1 CUP POWDER
3/4 CUP MILK
1 TEASPOON INSTANT COFFEE
2 TEASPOON WHITE VINEGAR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
½ CUP OIL
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS
MIX WITH THE DRY INGREDIENTS (GRADUALLY)
6 INCH OIL GREASED PAN
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN
REMOVE THE WHISTLE FROM THE PRESSURE COOKER
PLACE A WIRE STAND INSIDE
PRE-HEAT THE COOKER FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD INSIDE
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 45-50 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CLEAR THE EDGE
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN
CUT INTO SLICES
