The latest in the CBI vs CBI issue, NewsX has accessed petition copy of ADDL SP SS Gurm who had moved the Delhi High Court. Remember, SS Gurm was the one who filed an FIR against Asthana. Gurm's plea says Rakesh Asthana was "misleading" court. And that he has clear evidence of bribery and the fir vetted at all levels.
