दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट सीबीआई के स्पेशल डायरेक्टर राकेश अस्थाना और अन्य की याचिकाओं पर शुक्रवार को फैसला सुना सकता है. इन लोगों ने रिश्वतखोरी के आरोपों में अपने खिलाफ दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द करने की मांग की है.
जस्टिस नजमी वजीरी ने 20 दिसंबर 2018 को दोनों पक्षों की दलीलों को सुनने के बाद अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था. डायरेक्टर अलोक वर्मा को दो दिन पहले ही कोर्ट ने उन्हें बहाल किया था लेकिन कल प्रधान मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक के फैसले के बाद उन्हें सीबीआई डायरेक्टर के पद हे हटाया गया है |
