Superset 1: Ballet taps + single deadlifts with arm reaches x9 Superset 2: Clock lunge sequence x3 Superset 3: Single leg squat x8 + single leg hold 30s + plank with hip roll x16 Superset 4: Press up with core x8 + Russian twist x16 Finisher: Side lunges x10 + side jump hold x10 + skater jumps x20
Do each superset three times and remember to take a short break between each superset.
