The Santa Fe Fire Department rescued a number of people from a car that was stuck in floodwaters that swept through areas of New Mexico on July 23.The footage shows firefighters using a rope to guide two people out of a car and into the nearest building – a tattoo parlor.The National Weather Service in Albuquerque had issued a flash-flood warning in the area.
