Heavy showers to lash Korea over weekend, Typhoon Prapiroon on its way

We normally end with the weather,... but let's start with it today... as it's now officially monsoon season here in Korea.... so have your umbrellas on standby.
Heavy showers will lash the country over the weekend, with most regions seeing around 100 millimeters of rain.
Seoul is expected to be hit by even more -- up to 150 millimeters in the forecast over the next two days.
But it's going to be even more intense down south... with southern provinces and Jeju Island expected to see up to four-hundred millimeters of rain.
Typhoon Prapiroon, a typhoon formed near Japan's Okinawa Island, is forecast to reach South Korea on Monday,... bringing even more rain next week.
