Ingredients:
250 gms Corn
2 Bunch Spinach

Ingredients for Gravy Base:
1 Large Onion, chopped
10-12 Cashew, soaked

Ingredients for Palak Corn:
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
1 inch Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
Onion - Cashew Paste
Spinach Paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cashew Cream
Corn

Ingredients for Cashew Paste:
Water
15-20 Cashews, soaked

Method of preparation:
Keep some water to boil in a steamer, add corn, and on top add spinach, close the lid and let them steam.
Remove the corn in few minutes and let the corn steam for some more time.
In a mixer jar add onion, cashews, and blend them.
In a vessel heat oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, garlic, onion -cashew paste and mix them.
In the same mixer jar blend the spinach and add the spinach paste to the above mixture.
Add salt, red chili powder, and mix them.
In a mixer jar add cashew, water and blend them. Our Cashew Cream is ready.
Add corn to the spinach mixture, mix them well and finally some cashew cream.
Our Palak Corn is ready.
