Temps in most of Korea to break 30 degrees tomorrow _ 062118

Hello I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. We still have the peak of summer waiting for us next month but in Korea it's already blistering hot. In fact, the mercury's expected to rise even higher tomorrow... to make it the hottest day so far this season. So try and stay cool on your Friday afternoon.
The morning temperatures are staying pretty high too because of the scorching sun,... in most parts almost making into the twenties.
Meanwhile the intense heat will push the mercury up into the thirties by the afternoon,... Seoul hitting 31 degrees Celsius.
No alerts yet for heat waves, but we will likely have some by the weekend under clear skies. Luckily, by next week we'll get some relief with the monsoon rain. The rain will make its way up to Jeju and spread nationwide by Tuesday and linger until Wednesday.
As for the weather in Russia,... there are two World Cup venues left for tonight and both cities will be cool with readings in the teens and rain-free during the games.
