The Andhra Pradesh government on Tuesday assured the High Court that the process of withdrawing criminal cases against TD leaders would not be taken forward in the lower courts.
అధికార తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ నేతల పైన ఉన్న కేసులను ఉపసంహరించుకునే అంశంపై తాము దిగువ కోర్టులకు వెళ్లమని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం మంగళవారం హైకోర్టుకు తెలిపింది. టిడిపి నేతలపై ఉన్న కేసులను విత్ డ్రా చేసుకోవాలని తాము కింది కోర్టులను సంప్రదించమని తేల్చి చెప్పింది.
