Heavy rain triggered flash flooding across portions of Texas on Tuesday, April 18. As much as 10 inches of rain fell in some towns, according to a report.Some communities contending with flash flooding closed schools on Tuesday.The Ferris Police Department warned people not to drive into areas that could be flooded, such as an I-45 underpass.
