Quick and easy to cook, lamb chops have tender, juicy meat that is best served slightly pink. Lamb chops suit frying, grilling, barbecuing or roasting .Tender rib chops take only a few minutes per side to cook but are elegant enough to serve to company.
INGREDIENTS:- lamb chops 2kg yogurt 1/2 cup lemon juice 2 tbs ginger & garlic 2 tbs (crushed) salt to taste red chili powder 2 tsp red chili flakes 1 tbs coriander powder 2 tsp rosemary 2-3 branches
Directions 1.Combine yogurt ,lemon juice , crushed ginger & garlic ,salt ,red chili powder, red chili flakes and coriander powder in a small bowl. coat this mixture evenly gently rub over lamb chops. cover and let it marinate for 2 hours.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. brush some oil .Add lamb chops cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. coat some oil on cooking lamb chops using rosemary branches, it will give lamb chops a nice shine and aroma. serve hot.
