Pas nënshkrimit të marrëveshjes mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë dhe miratimit nga qeveritë përkatëse, analistët kosovarë janë të mendimit, se ky pakt është sprovë e madhe për të dyja palët. According to them, the Serbian state is the winner of this dialogue. While other analysts in Pristina, Serbia or Kosovo or have not managed to gain from the dialogue, but at least have opened the way for European integration of the two countries. Reaching agreement is considered just the beginning, because its implementation is supposed to be very difficult. But according to analysts, the launch of its application and the observance of the treaty by both parties, it is very important for the process of normalization of relations between the two countries.
