Partia Socialiste deklaron se nuk e njeh institucionin qe administron zgjedhjet, pas aktit te shkarkimit te Ilirjan Muhos ne kundërshtim me ligjin.
Sekretari per çështjet zgjedhore ne PS, Damian Gjiknuri ka sqaruar se PS nuk do te çoje asnje emer per te plotësuar vakancat ne KQZ, deri sa maxhoranca te pranoje te beje nje marrëveshje qe respekton integritetin e këtij institucioni. Nje dite me pare, Topalli i kërkoi PS te plotësoje vakancat ne KQZ brenda 48 orëve.
