Ne zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit PS do te ketë shumicën dhe kryetarin ne 45 komisione te administrimit zgjedhor ndërkohe qe Partia Demokratike do te dominoje ne 44 te tilla. Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ka hedhur shortin për anëtarin e 7 te komisioneve zonale te administrimit zgjedhor dhe ne baze te këtij shorti,demokratet kane shumicën dhe kryesimin ne KZAZ me numër çift, ndërkohë qe ne ato me numër tek kryetarin dhe shumicën e kane socialistet.
Ne 2 qarqet me te mëdha te vendit Tirane dhe Fier qe marrin një rendësi specifike për shkak se ne 23 qershor do te zbatohet teknologjia e numërimit elektronik,drejtimi i komisioneve ndahet ne mënyre te barabarte. Kështu ne qarkun e Tiranës ku do te behet identifikimi elektronik i zgjedhësve PD do te ketë shumicën ne 9 komisione përfshi edhe njësinë 5, e famshme per bllokimin ne zgjedhjet lokale dhe PS do te ketë shumicën ne 9 te tilla. Ne fier ku do te zbatohet numërimi elektronik PD do te ketë shumicën ne 5 KZAZ dhe PS po ne 5. Edhe ne dy prej qarqeve te tjera ku numërimi është mbyllur me vonese ne zgjedhjet e vitit 2009 ; Lezha dhe Shkodra PD dhe PS dominojnë ne numër te barabarte komisionesh. Përveç anëtarit te 7 qe ndahet mes dy partive me te mëdha; pjese e KZAZ do te jene 2 përfaqësues nga secila prej partive te mëdha si dhe nga një përfaqësues i LSI dhe PBDNJ.
