Ambasadori i Bashkimit Evropian, Ettore Sequi, nga Shkodra, u beri thirrje partive politike qe te dalin mbi interesat e tyre dhe te arrijnë sa me shpejt një marrëveshje për reformën zgjedhore, pasi nuk ka me kohe. Megjithatë, sipas diplomatit Sequi, Shqipëria i ka te gjitha mundësitë për plotësimin e 12 kritereve, por për këtë nevojitet bashkëpunim mes palëve.
