Mbledhja e pare e komisionit te reformës zgjedhore, pas shtyrjes për here te trete te mandatit, është mbyllur pa produkt. Madje për demokratet mbledhja konsiderohet e dështuar, ndërsa për socialistet pati vetëm një debat, por përpjekjet për konsensus vazhdojnë. Eksperti i PD Oerd Bylykbashi tha pas takimit, qe zgjati me pak se 1 ore, se te majtët po tentojnë te djegin mandatin dhe bllokojnë reformën. Eksperti i partisë me te madhe opozitare Bledar Çuçi u shpreh se PS kërkoi te njihej me vërejtjet me shkrim te ODIHR, për pamundësitë e aplikimit te teknologjisë ne zgjedhje. 3 janë çështjet e mbetura pezull ne komisionin e reformës: Riformatimi i KQZ, ankimimet dhe rishikimi i kapitujve për teknologjinë ne zgjedhje, për te cilën ishte rene me herët dakord, por u rikthye për shqyrtim pas vërejtjeve te ODIHR. Parlamenti i dha edhe 3 jave kohe Komisionit te posaçëm për te finalizuar reformën, një nga kushtet e BE, qe Shqipëria te fitoje statusin kandidat këtë vjeshte.
