Qindra studente, qytetare te Elbasanit por edhe nga rrethinat kane bere homazhe për gjate gjithë ditës se marte ne nderim te 11 studenteve qe humben jetën tragjikisht 1 dite me pare ne një aksident automobilistik ne Himarë. Ne hollin e universiteti Aleksandër Xhuvani ishin vendosur fotot e 11 viktimave te qarkuara nga një shirit i zi. Qe nga dita e ndjeshme ne shkallet e universitetit qëndronin te ndezur qirinj ne përkujtim te viktimave. Dhimbjes se i janë bashkuar edhe politikane te larte, sit e mazhorances edhe te opozitës. Pas kthimit nga Elbasani kryeministri Berisha ka zhvilluar një vizite ne Spitalin Ushtarak si dhe tek spitali Amerikan për te pare nga afër shëndetin e dy vajzave qe janë ne gjendje kome por edhe te plagosurve te tjerë qe ndodhen ne këto dy spitale.
