Bulevardi "Dëshmoret e Kombit" është mbipopulluar nga mijëra njerëz, ashtu si edhe një vit me pare, te premten e 21 janarit 2011. Por këtë here, kjo dite është kthyer ne homazh për Ziver Veizin, Faik Myrtajn, Aleks Niken dhe Hekuran Dedën, katër viktimat e protestës se opozitës. Kortezhi ka nisur marshimin ne heshtje nga selia e PS i kryesuar nga familjaret e viktimave qe mbajnë ne duar fotot e tyre. Pjese e kortezhit ka qene edhe kreu i PS Edi Rama dhe drejtues te tjerë te opozitës. Nen muzikën funeber grumbullimi i njerëzve ka pushtuar bulevardin për t`ju drejtuar me pas sheshit para kryeministrisë. Mësohet se ne këtë dite homazh janë angazhuar rreth 800 efektive te policisë dhe te Gardës se Republikës. Ata kane blinduar te gjithë territorin, duke u përqendruar para derës se kryeministrisë. Pas homazheve ne vendin ku u vranë katër demonstruesit një vit me pare, drejtuesit e opozitës janë larguar drejt Akademisë se Arteve, për te mbajtur fjalimet. Ndërkohe deri ne orën 14:00 qytetare te ndryshëm do te kenë mundësi te vijojnë homazhet për viktimat e 21 Janarit.
