Pas Ziver Veizit dhe Faik Myrtajt prokuroria ka mundur te zbuloje edhe autorin e vrasjes se protestuesit te trete, Hekuran Dedes. Deda ishte një nga katër protestuesit, e qëlluar ne protestën e opozitës ne 21 janar te vitit te kaluar. Vizion Plus ka mundur te zbuloje se organi i prokurorisë, ka arritur përfundimisht ne konkluzionin se autori i vrasjes se këtij protestuesi është gardisti Agim Llupo, i cili ka rezultuar autor edhe i vrasjes se Ziver Veizit. Hetuesit kane arritur ne këtë përfundim pas dëshmive te personave, qe ishin ne vendin e ngjarjes dhe pas zbardhjeve te pamjeve te shumta filmike, qe kane fiksuar edhe momentin e vrasjes se Dedes. Burime nga organi i akuzës, thonë se shume shpejt Llupos, gardistit te vetëm qe ndodhet ne qeli, pritet ti komunikohet edhe akuza e re, ajo e vrasjes se Hekuran Dedes.
