Ne ditën e dyte te protestës 100 studentet mbetës, kane bllokuar hyrjen e Fakultetit te Ekonomisë. Ata nuk pranojnë te ndërpresin protestën nëse nuk rikthehen ne auditorë por dhe ne vitin pasardhes.
Për ta nuk është i drejte penalizmi për përsëritjen e vitit , ndërsa nuk e shohin aspak shqetësues faktin qe janë mbetës ne te paktën 5 lende. Drejtuesit e Fakultetit te Ekonomisë kane deklaruar prerazi se nuk do te ketë asnjë tolerim. Zv dekani Fatmir Mema ka sqaruar se po zbatohen vetëm rregullat e Bolonjës dhe Universitetit te Tiranes. Sipas Memes nuk është normale qe një student me 5 deri 15 provime te mbetura te kaloje ne vitin pasardhës, pa i shlyer me pare ato. Mema argumentoi se student te dobët ka çdo fakultet ndaj edhe mbetësit protestues duhet te presin sezonet përkatëse. Drejtuesit e Fakultetit te Ekonomisë i kane bere thirrje studenteve te lirojnë ambientet pasi greva është e paligjshme. Prej vitesh ne universitete shqiptare aplikohet sistemi i Bolonjës ku çdo lende është e konvertuar ne kredite. Viti i pare i shkollës se larte ka 60 kredite dhe për te kaluar ne vitin e dyte detyrimisht duhet te marrësh gjysmën e tyre. E po ashtu për te kaluar ne vitin e trete duhet te kesh marre një numër te caktuar provimesh ose 90 kredite, ne te kundërt përsërit vitin. Thuajse te gjithë studentet protestues janë mbetës me 5 deri ne 15 provime, dhe duke mos arritur sasinë e krediteve janë automatikisht mbetës.
