Drug Tunnel Discovered at U.S.-Mexican Border

Mexican authorities discovered an unfinished tunnel used to smuggle drugs in the northern city of Tijuana, just a few blocks from the U.S. border. This is the third such tunnel found in the area since April. In the past 10 years, 75 tunnels have been found, equipped with ventilation, lighting, and rail lines; authorities believe most were build at the behest of currently fugitive drug lord Joaquin El Chapo Guzman. teleSUR
