A girl is none too pleased when she discovers that her mother has taken her to a nudist camp for their holidays. And she is even less pleased when her mother then falls for one of the campers. But as she decides to stalk her mother's new boyfriend to find out more about him, is there a ulterior motive behind her actions?
Starring Isabella Marsh, Lesley Nightingale and James Larkin, this is an episode of the Channel 4 series Short & Curlies, which ran from around 1988 to 1995. This is a find on the end of an old video tape, which I decided to upload as you rarely see short films repeated on TV. As it's an old recording, there are some glitches, but it is how I found it and cannot be helped. It features Lesley Nightingale (Bel Simpson in Brookside), and you are unlikely to of seen her quite like this! The girl playing Clozzy is her actual own daughter Isabella, who is a child actress in TV series such as The Gingerbread Girl (1993), Seaforth (1994) and crime series Sharman (1995-96). As it is set in a nudist camp you'll not be surprised to learn that it features nudity.
