Asparagus with Kratzete and Hollandaise Sauce | Euromaxx a la carte

We get a special asparagus meal from head chef Albert Schweizer at the Zum Roten B?ren restaurant in Freiburg, Germany. Documents show that the restaurant has existed since 1311. The asparagus is served with "Kratzete", a savory pancake from the region.
