So we are going to be looking at a fighting stance you would use in boxing or mixed martial arts or for self defense. Now the first thing you are going to do is step forward with your left foot if you are a right-handed fighter. So Nicole is going to step forward with her left foot and her hands come up for defense.

So from this position she can be defensive or she can be offensive. She can throw her punches or if she faces me here. If I come and attack her on one side, she can cover here, she can cover on the other side. She can bottom weave underneath my arm here, the other way, or she can slip the punches, 1, 2.

So if she faces the camera now you will see you can do this on your own and that will work pretty much every part of your body. So first bobbing and weaving from one side underneath and the other way. Awesome for your legs, and slipping the punches. 1, 2. Great for your core and your abs.

And of course from here she can be defensive, she can cover, 1, 2. So if you add these movements moving around, stepping side to side, it can be a great workout, even if you are on your own.
