Sometimes your chosen family is even more special ❤️ We spoke to Olivia about how Beau was rejected by her mom as a baby, but got adopted by Olivia's dog Max!

00:00When Max started hearing Beau crying, she was just trying to look and say,

00:07I love you, I'll love you, I'll be your mom.

00:12When Beau was born, I could tell right away that the mom was not interested.

00:19I just tried to be very patient with them, but I realized I was going to have to pull her.

00:30It did not take long for me to see that Max is not going to do anything to mess this up.

00:41This was her baby, and that was such a huge relief for me.

00:48Every time she sees Max, Beau gets those little zoomies.

00:52I let her out of the pasture, and she'll go around the whole property with Max.

01:05They're very, very similar.

01:11There did come a time for Beau to go back out with the other sheep.

01:16I was mentally prepared for her to just disconnect from Max.

01:22But every day we're out there, Beau just runs right up.

01:28It's very clear they have a connection.

01:30They still see each other every single day.
