These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
There are always weekend online and offline meetings with my various local, national, and international associates to share and trade stuff. Can any of you guess what we trade with each other? It is related to name of my video channels across different platforms.
Each one of the international allied groups and their members all trade and share with each other. The more international it is the more effective it is across multiple national borders, and different cities across the entire Earth.
Everyone likes it the best when any of us can record and share any of the loitering uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators when they appear at their reputational worse. Our various global social media channels get a lot more action when the gangstalking perpes and collaborators look particularly stupid and clueless. We all get more participation points from more mockable gangstalking perps we can all internationally humiliate in any way possible.
The parts of this video you should all be paying closer attention to, are the inside and outside of the stores around the two parking lots. Carefully watch the loitering and the leaving or arriving vehicles in the two parking lots near the stores.

What I am doing with my associates is under the protocols of OSINT (open sourced intelligence), SIGINT (signals intelligence), narrative management, and other counter intelligence tactics. Why do you suppose I am skilled at various counter intelligence, propaganda style management, and some of the other methods? I don't know, perhaps my past status as a Federal Government functionary of a government department in the state national defence/national security apparatus, side job as a crowd control staff at an sports arena entertainment complex, former political party operator, and apartment owner landlord's kid, has something to do with my abilities? Maybe those are the true reasons?
I can spot signs and patterns from a city block away. Most regular people have minimal situational awareness. They would hardly have a clue even if someone went up to their faces to stick a weapon in faces and demanded they hand over all of their valuables. I can read people almost to the point of below having telepathy. I can also tactically figure people out based on their past patterns in similar situations.
These are my qualities and they make my government/corporation official and politician friends value my evaluations and consulting inputs on various types of situations. I have a strategic mind.
