These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
The main theme of this video is that a fake police emergency acting show closed off a major central city park with yellow tape and black and white police vehicles blocking off a wide downtown area and rediverting the traffic glow all around the neighbourhoods. The suspicious timing off the street closures is the main point of interest here. You should all examine that part a much more closely.
The street and road closures did not happen when I was not in the area earlier in the day. The police street and road closure only happened suddenly after I was preparing to go to another region in the same city area. That meant the fake police emergency was a staged event involving uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and other types of collaborators. The perps were just stupid enough to be standing around outside in the wild open spaces for me to collect and share for later video and photographic images sifting for information and data. It is called pattern analysis. All of my other international group associates share our collected images globally and all around to others.
The second part of this video you should be examining closely is around the Shoppers Drug Mart store inside and outside. Pay special close attention the inside store area around the cold food and drinks display area and the self checkout machines area of the store.
