These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
All the various one headlight, alternating bright/dim headlight organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator vehicles and the drivers/passengers with get recorded and sent off to the others internationally.
Every international Targeted Individuals group, anti corruption group, civil rights auditing group, and other allied group member does their own uniformed and civilian gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator collections for sharing all over the Internet. We all have vague ideas where everyone shares their videos and photographs, but no concrete ideas exactly where and to whom everyone shares the perps.
All the various video channels, across different social media platforms, are allied to each other, but globally decentralized. Only the tactically and strategically dysfunctional would concentrate all of their assets, sources, and resources in a central location.
The image pattern sifting can then start by computer, AI, or old style human eye balls.
Since I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, was a major political party regional executive member, that means I am not tactically, strategically deficient.
My government/corporation official and politician friends/contacts would not respect me and look down upon me if I was a tactical, strategic dummy dum dum.
